Sheds and Small Structures

Have you got a shed or small building– a playhouse, chicken coop, tool shed, workshop, office, studio, small addition to your house– that you need moved?

I can harness your shed or other small structure to the crane and very gently and slowly lift it.  Using the remote control handset I can rotate and shift the shed in the air with exactness and place it where you want it. Moving the shed some distance? I can place the shed on my truck, or if you need it moved to a completely different location, I will put it on the have a trailer for a safe trip.

You may wonder if moving the shed is really going to be cost effective.  I will discuss with you your situation to make sure that my service makes the most sense for you. Fact: Generally, I can maneuver the crane to reach into your yard and lift the shed out of place without compromising any structure. But let’s talk first and make sure I’m the right fit for your particular situation.

Are there things I might need to lift your shed over? Is there, for instance, a fence, creek, another building, landscaping?

Fact: I can move objects with a great deal of precision, but our discussion will tell me if your situation is right for my equipment.

Is my service the best match for your job?

Fact: There are alternatives. You could lift it with pry bars and roll some PVC piping underneath it, then push it to its new location. Many factors drive such a decision.  Depending on the terrain, a crane lift may preserve the structure more fully and address any weight issues.

Is your new site ready for your shed?

Fact: I can set your shed directly onto the foundation you have ready for it.  Often the best foundation is simply a set of pier blocks with adjustable brackets.   After I’ve set your shed or small structure on the blocks you can adjust them as necessary to level the building.  Leveling your building should be done annually to ensure that it does not become structurally compromised.
